Terms of Service

Bookings and deposits
A 25% deposit is required to secure a private event date. The remaining balance follows the payment schedule in your proposal. Dates are held only after the deposit is received.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations more than 90 days before your event receive a refund of payments minus the deposit. Within 90 days, payments are non-refundable. One date change is permitted subject to availability.
Public event tickets
Public event tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, tickets may be transferred to another guest or exchanged for credit toward a future event.
Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct disrupts an event or endangers others, without refund.
Liability
Willowmere Hall is not liable for lost or stolen items, or for damages arising from the actions of guests or third-party vendors.
